Enchilada Soup

Makes Approx 8 cups
6 corn tortillas cut into pie shaped wedges
1 medium onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
4 oz green chilis or chopped jalapenos
1 can beef broth
1 can chicken broth
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 cooked chicken breasts, diced
1 1/2 cups water
2 tsp worchestershire sauce
1 Tbl A-1 Steak sauce
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp chili powder
Black Pepper to taste
12 oz grated cheddar cheese (optional)
sour cream (optional)
Saute onion & garlic in a soup pot. Add all other ingredients except tortillas. Simmer one hour. Add tortillas to soup & simmer a few minutes until heated through. Serve with grated cheese and/or sour cream to top.
